Welcome to artaupremiumae Meditation. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including meditation sessions, instructor training programs, and mindful meal plans. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Meditation Services
1.1 Session Bookings
When booking meditation sessions with artaupremiumae:
- Bookings are confirmed upon payment and subject to availability.
- We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your scheduled session.
- Late arrivals may be accommodated at our discretion, but full session time cannot be guaranteed.
1.2 Health Considerations
Participants in our meditation services should:
- Disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that might affect your practice.
- Consult with a healthcare professional before participating if you have serious health concerns.
- Inform instructors immediately if you experience discomfort during a session.
artaupremiumae Meditation reserves the right to refuse service to anyone whose participation might pose health risks to themselves or others.
1.3 Participant Conduct
To maintain a harmonious environment for all practitioners:
- Follow all studio rules and instructor guidance.
- Respect the space, equipment, and personal boundaries of others.
- Refrain from disruptive behavior that interferes with others' meditation experience.
- Maintain personal hygiene and avoid strong fragrances.
artaupremiumae Meditation reserves the right to remove participants who violate these conduct guidelines without refund.
2. Instructor Training Programs
2.1 Enrollment and Certification
For our instructor training programs:
- Admission is subject to meeting prerequisites and successful application review.
- Certification requires completion of all program components, including attendance, assignments, practice requirements, and assessments.
- artaupremiumae Meditation reserves the right to deny certification to participants who do not meet our standards of competence or ethical conduct.
2.2 Intellectual Property
Training materials provided by artaupremiumae Meditation are protected by copyright:
- Materials may be used for personal study but not reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
- Certified instructors may use designated techniques and methodologies but must acknowledge artaupremiumae Meditation as the source.
- The artaupremiumae name, logo, and branded teaching methods may only be used in accordance with our brand guidelines and with explicit permission.
2.3 Ethical Guidelines
Certified instructors agree to:
- Uphold the integrity of meditation practices and teachings.
- Maintain appropriate boundaries with students.
- Provide safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environments.
- Accurately represent their qualifications and the benefits of meditation practices.
- Continue their professional development and self-practice.
Violation of these ethical guidelines may result in revocation of certification.
3. Mindful Meal Plans
3.1 Meal Delivery and Quality
For our meal plan services:
- We strive to deliver meals at scheduled times, but exact delivery windows may vary.
- Recipients must be available to receive deliveries or make alternative arrangements in advance.
- We maintain strict quality control standards for ingredients and preparation.
- Any quality concerns should be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
3.2 Dietary Information
Regarding dietary needs and meal plans:
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about dietary restrictions and allergies.
- While we take precautions to accommodate allergies and restrictions, our kitchen is not allergen-free, and cross-contamination is possible.
- We cannot guarantee that meals are suitable for individuals with severe allergies.
- Our meal plans are designed to support general wellness and are not intended to treat specific medical conditions.
3.3 Subscription and Modifications
For meal plan subscriptions:
- Subscription changes (pausing, canceling, or modifying) require 72 hours' notice before the next scheduled delivery.
- Special requests and modifications may incur additional fees.
- One-time adjustments to delivery schedules can be accommodated with advance notice.
4. Payment and Cancellation Policies
4.1 Payment Terms
For all artaupremiumae services:
- Full payment is required at the time of booking or subscription sign-up unless otherwise specified.
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.
- Pricing is subject to change, but we will provide advance notice of any changes.
- Subscription services are billed automatically according to the chosen plan frequency.
4.2 Cancellation and Refunds
Our cancellation and refund policies:
- Meditation Sessions: Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance receive a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable but may be eligible for rescheduling at our discretion.
- Instructor Training: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the program starts receive a 70% refund of any additional payments. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable but may be transferable to a future program (transfer fee applies).
- Meal Plans: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before scheduled delivery receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable.
artaupremiumae Meditation reserves the right to cancel services due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or credit for future services.
5. Limitation of Liability
By participating in artaupremiumae Meditation services:
- You acknowledge that meditation and related practices involve inherent risks.
- You agree to follow all safety guidelines and instructor directions.
- You accept responsibility for your own physical and mental wellbeing during and after sessions.
artaupremiumae Meditation is not liable for:
- Personal injuries or property damage resulting from participation in our services.
- Allergic reactions or adverse health effects related to our meal plans.
- Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
Our liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
6. Changes to Terms
artaupremiumae Meditation reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or notice on our website.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Wellington, New Zealand.
